The Electi Vis Group Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Company") provides security services to its clients. This Term and Condition Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company provides its services to its clients. By accessing or using the services provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
The Company provides a range of Personal support services, including but not limited to, providing Personal, CCTV analysis, Other services within the range of secuirty services. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services at any time, with or without notice to its clients.
The client agrees to pay for the services provided by the Company in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time the services are rendered. The Company reserves the right to change its fees, charges, and billing terms at any time, with or without notice to its clients.
The Company will maintain the confidentiality of its clients’ information and will not disclose such information to any third party, except as required by law or as authorized by the client. The Company will take reasonable precautions to protect its clients’ confidential information, including but not limited to, encryption and secure storage of electronic data.
The Company provides its services on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, damage to equipment, or any other damage arising from the use of its services.
Either party may terminate this Policy at any time, with cause decided by the company, upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination of this Policy, the client will no longer have access to the services provided by the Company.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and its clients, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Policy.
By accessing or using the services provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not access or use the services provided by the Company.
