4. Repeat Infringers

The Company will take appropriate action against any client or user who is found to have repeatedly infringed the copyright of another person or entity. This may include, but is not limited to, terminating the offending client's or user's access to the Company's services.

5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.

6. Entire Agreement

This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and its clients and users regarding the use of copyrighted material, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
